Final Paper Submission Guildline

Authors of accepted papers should carefully read the following instructions and take actions accordingly:

1. Prepare your final manuscript.

• Use the A4 size template at http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html;
• Avoid commercialism in text and figures. Use of company names and/or part numbers is strictly prohibited;
• Do not include page numbers and headers/footers;
• Convert your final manuscript into PDF format. ALL the fonts used in your manuscript must be embedded and subsetted. To make sure your pdf is IEEE compliant, please go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site at www.pdf-express.org. Click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information. You will need the Conference ID which is: 31058X
• Submit your final manuscript PDF via EDAS.

NOTE: Please make sure that the Similarity rating of your final manuscript is less than 30. This is very important!!!

2. Submit the IEEE Copyright Form following the instructions in EDAS.

3. Register as a full (member or non-member) registrant at the GHTCE 2013 registration portal:

International registrants: https://www.regonline.com/GHTCE2013_EN
China domestic registrants: https://www.regonline.com/GHTCE2013_CN

To be published in the GHTCE 2013 Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the congress at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented at the congress. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers.

NOTE: Student registrations are not eligible for publication. If you are a student and you are the only paying author of your paper, you should register at the full (member or non-member) rate.

4. Send an email to committee@ghtcongress.org to notify us of:

• Your 8-digit Registration ID (which can be found in your registration confirmation);
• The 10-digit EDAS number of the accepted paper that you want to cover with the above registration.

Please complete all the above steps by Oct 31, 2013 (firm deadline).

Please also note that the early-bird registration prices end on 11/1/2013 11:59 PM, if you have more co-authors or colleagues who want to attend the conference.

Please also carefully read the reviews, and revise your paper accordingly with your best effort. The reviews can be found in the email notification of acceptance or in EDAS.
